The Guard portal is a board for one site at a time. It has three panels: who is expected, who is on site, and what needs a decision. Each guard can hide the panels they do not need, and a search finds visits and people for today and the next seven days.
Expected shows the visits and jobs of the day, with day chips to look ahead. A visit that is not compliant yet, or needs a decision, stands out. The guard can mark a visit for review, add a visit and download badges.
Attendance lists who is on site, with check-in and check-out issues, and people registered through Check-in at Work. A guard can check someone in or out by hand and print the list. The review panel collects the tasks and documents waiting for the guard’s decision.
