The employee app is for the people who host visitors and contractors. The dashboard shows upcoming visits and jobs as a list, a calendar or a timeline.
A visit takes a visit type, a time slot and the guests. Invitations go out when you create it, and you are added as an organiser. Each guest gets the access that belongs to the zone you pick. For contractor work you create a job instead. The company admin is invited to manage their own workers and subcontractors, and a job’s work permit form can be read on the job.
Every person shows a status. Green means they can get in. Amber or grey means steps are still open. A visitor who matches the blocklist cannot receive access. One who matches a sanctions or watchlist source, or has flagged documents or tasks, waits for review.
