Admin is where a site is set up and where its people are reviewed. A new tenant gets a setup checklist: sites and zones first, then tasks and visit or job types, then access profiles. The dashboard shows who is on site now, who checked in in the last hour, and how many people need attention.
A person can be locked until someone reviews them. Documents and tasks that need a look are highlighted on the person’s page.
The Library lists everything 9ID can do at the gate, against what is switched on for the tenant: connectors for access control systems, tasks, screening sources and modules such as the Guard portal.
